What You’ll Do as a Senior Product Manager at SMG:

Serve as the Product Management lead in a cross-functional Product Trio (Product Management, Design, Engineering), dedicated to 2–3 development teams.
Collaborate across the organization (Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Finance, Legal, Privacy) to understand constraints and deliver viable, valuable, and technically sound solutions.
Leverage AI to enhance ideation, prioritization, and development workflows where appropriate.
Define clear product strategies with measurable North Star Metrics and goals, and break them down into Initiatives, Epics, and Stories using SMG’s Product Operating Model.
Write clear, technically-informed requirements that accelerate delivery and reduce ambiguity.
Build and maintain domain roadmaps, championing alignment between technical capabilities, user value, and business outcomes.
Define success metrics up front, validate solutions post-launch, and continuously improve based on insights.
Develop and maintain product documentation and evangelize your product internally and externally.
Serve as a mentor on product and technical depth, helping elevate the overall team capability.

You’re a strong match if you have:

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or data/AI-focused products.
A strong technical foundation, including experience working with engineering teams to ship scalable software and/or AI-powered features.
Curiosity and experience with generative AI, ML, or automation tools—especially in the context of product development or customer experience.
Excellent communication skills for aligning stakeholders, translating complex systems into simple user-centric solutions, and influencing without authority.
Proven ability to manage a product lifecycle end to end: strategy, development, launch, and iteration.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
